At SIPP®, “IT” represents the life disruptions that can interrupt stability, peace, and progress — illness, financial hardship, trauma, loss, housing instability, addiction, or unexpected crisis.

“Rooted in Hampton Roads since 2012, SIPP® began as a community empowerment movement — delivering awareness events, survivor celebrations, and resource connections to military, shipyard, and civilian families across the region.

SIPP® walks beside individuals and families facing life’s disruptions — what we call the “ITs.” Through prevention, stabilization, advancement, and community health initiatives, we help people restore stability, rebuild confidence, and move forward with renewed purpose. At SIPP®, we believe when people are supported at the right moment, everything can change.

In 2025, we took our commitment further by establishing SIPPCARES757™ and the SIPPBLAC™ Foundation as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations — expanding our work from empowerment events into direct community outreach, critical resource support, workforce readiness, stabilization services, scholarships, and advancement opportunities.
