SIPP® — Step Into Purpose for Progress® was founded by Lisa “Nikki Blu” Herring after her own journey of overcoming life’s disruptions — what she calls the “ITs.” Through personal victories over hardship, loss, and unexpected challenges, Nikki discovered that adversity does not have the final word. Instead, it can reveal the resilience and purpose needed to move forward.
Those experiences led to a deeper realization: when people are supported through life’s disruptions, they can rediscover their strength and step back onto the path toward progress. What began as a personal declaration that purpose is still possible after disruption grew into a commitment to help others recognize that they, too, can overcome.
From that commitment, SIPP was created — a movement designed to walk beside individuals and families as they navigate life’s challenges and move forward on the path to purpose and progress.
