Since 2012, SIPP® has touched the lives of thousands of Hampton Roads residents across military, shipyard, and civilian communities.
After a pause during COVID, we returned with a deeper understanding of our community's needs — and a renewed commitment to stand in the gap for those who have nowhere else to turn.
