In 2026, SIPPCARES757™ is growing its reach across Hampton Roads with four signature community events, each serving 125–150 individuals with access to critical resources, awareness, workforce readiness, and community connection.

In 2025, we hosted 3 signature events, directly serving an estimated 375–450 individuals
In 2026, we are expanding to 4 signature events, projecting to serve 500–600 individuals annually
Since 2012, SIPP® has touched the lives of thousands of Hampton Roads residents across military, shipyard, and civilian communities.
After a pause during COVID, we returned in 2024 with a deeper understanding of our community's needs — and a renewed commitment to stand in the gap for those who have nowhere else to turn.
