SIPPBLAC™ serves as the scholarship, foundation, and long-term advancement arm of SIPP — Step Into Purpose for Progress®. It is focused on empowerment through scholarships, educational support, workforce growth, and opportunities that help individuals continue moving forward.

Through SIPPBLAC™, we invest in individuals pursuing higher education, trade certification, workforce training, and personal advancement. Our mission is to help cultivate future leaders, strengthen families, and create generational progress that extends far beyond the moment of need.

  • Supports women pursuing education, professional growth, leadership development, or entrepreneurship while overcoming life’s challenges.

  • Step Into Hope™ Scholarship

  • Supports youth and families pursuing education and opportunity as a pathway to stability and long-term progress.

Who Can Apply

Applicants may include:

  • Students pursuing educational goals

  • Adults seeking workforce training or reskilling

  • Individuals navigating health recovery

  • Single parents pursuing advancement

  • Families working toward greater stability

Preference may be given to applicants located in Hampton Roads, including civilian, military, and shipyard communities.

Our Opportunity Scholarships help remove barriers that prevent individuals and families from moving forward despite life’s “ITs.” Through support for education, workforce advancement, recovery, and family stability, we help individuals continue their journey toward purpose and progress.

Awards are based on need and available funding.

Community Scholarship — $500

Supports education, training, or recovery opportunities for individuals working to move forward.

Pathway Scholarship Sponsor — $1,500

Helps fund a portion of a SIPPBLAC Foundation™ Opportunity Scholarship.

Legacy Scholarship Sponsor — $2,500+

Directly sponsors an Opportunity Scholarship for an individual or family pursuing continued growth and advancement.
